Our manufacturing unit is equipped with machinery with total manufacturing capacity of 100 tons of resin and 50k ltrs of paint spread across 18000 sq feet of area.

Our machinery includes 2 SS reactor with capacity of 6KL and 2KL, 2lakh Kcal wood fire thermo pack delivering a temperature about 350°C, MS storage tank with a total capacity of 60KL, 3 sand mills with combine capacity of 90L, 2 ball mills (for white and black paste grinding) with 80L capacity, 5 high speed stirrer and a DG (100KW) set providing us with non-interrupting production.

Our lab consist of a reactor set up with 3L capacity reactor, 2 L sand mill, heat oven, geared stirrer with variable stirring speed, viscosity measuring cup, and paint film testing equipment’s. This lab with small batch size equipment’s helps us to develop product as per customer requirement and take a proto type batch before having batch in main stream production line.               

Our resin product is available in 200 kg MS drum while paint is available in 20L, 4L, and 200L MS and plastic drums.
