Industrial Paint

We started with red oxide manufacturing and as time went we expanded our product range providing all types of industrial paint with required anti corrosive property. Our major customers for industrial paint include Steel and energy firms, heavy engineering firms, machinery manufacturing companies, sugar plants and also many home furniture manufacturing companies. We have our footprints with maintenance paint for projects in Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra and Gujarat.

Red Oxide and Black Primer

The base coating over all metal parts to protect it from rust. Our in house CNSL (cashew nut shell liquid) resin used as raw material helps us to provide superior anti corrosive coatings over metal. Further the primer is modified to Zinc Chromate and rubber Chlorinated primer to give additional protective coating against Acid and Alkali. Used in metal fabrication industry.

Direct to Metal Paint (DTM)

This are specialized quick drying paint with high solid content and less viscosity giving high DFT per coat. It is formulated in a way that primer coat and protective coat are achieved in a single coat. These paints are applied directly on the metal surface. It is used in coating Industrial structure (PEB) which requires high anti corrosive properties. This paint is manufactured as per RAL shade code. Used in PEB and Metal furniture manufacturing industry.

Quick Drying Enamels

This are specialized paints used in areas where structure are painted or coated just before packing out for delivery. Due to fast drying properties dust collection on the coated surface is avoided. This enamel has major application in metal furniture manufacturing industry.

Zinc Chrome/Chlorinated Rubber Paint

These enamels are used on metal surfaces as a primer coat/ undercoating. It has a high corrosion and acid resistance as compared to basic Red oxide primers.

Powder Coat Paint

Dry powder paint manufactured by us is used for high durability and finish products. Application of this product gives a hard and corrosion resistant layer. This is basically used on control panel coating, automotive parts and furniture components. The shades are manufactured as per RAL shade codes.

Epoxy Paint

2.These paints are specialized for floor coatings and industrial coating application where coating needs to be chemicals, acid, alkali and high water resistant. It is also used for concrete and metal protective coatings. They are available in two pack system.

PU Enamel

Polyurethane paints known as PU paints are specialized paints used for preparing the surface with high gloss, smooth finish, high scratch resistant. It can be applied on metal, wood and floor surfaces. PU paint has gain large application in automotive industries.

Marking Paints

We at Anant Chemical industries have GLOW IN DARK and GLOW IN LIGHT paints. These paints are used for marking guide way lines on shop floor for safety purposes. Specially formulated paints are chemical and UV resistance.

Electrostatic Paints

Electrostatic paints are charged paints used with electrostatic gun used during robotic painting method. This paints result in higher efficiency during paint applications. Paint is charged using the gun and sprayed over the grounded objects. Hard to reach areas over the subject are easily achieved using this paint and application method.

High Temperature Paint

Paint required to coat metal surface which are used in hot atmosphere or are used to pass high temperature material. Our high temperature paint is silicon resin base paint which can withstand surface temperature from 200°C to 1200°C. We specialize in high temperature resistant silver paint used for coating boiler chimneys.

Silver/Aluminum Paint

This paint is supllied in two pack system. 1 st pack is of medium which is a clear liquid and the 2 nd pack consist of Al paste. This system helps to extend the life of the paint during storage. Applied on steel structure used for erection of electrical units. Also used for coating of Pandal structure to prevent from rusting.

Wood Primer

This is our specialized product which has a great application on wood coating. This product can be used over wooden furniture and idols to protect them against wood worms and moisture. it gives a smooth and high gloss finish over the surface.

Constructional Paint

Along with industrial paint, we developed high quality construction paints. Our constructional paints are water base paints manufactured with skill to provide best quality material with minimal price. With our specially developed formulae our same emulsion and primer bucket can be used to paint Internal as well as External surface. This helps to reduce the inventory at the customer end.

Acrylic Primer

Our washable special formulated primer gives high hiding property and strong base coat for emulsion coatings (finish coat) with anti-fungal properties. Our primer is feasible for both interior and exterior coatings.

Acrylic Emulsion

These are washable top coats which are applied for home décor. We have a wide range of emulsion based on,

Damp Proof and Cool Paint

These are specially designed paints for roof top surface protection. Damp proof paint is manufactured to have protective coating during water proofing activity on the roof of the building. It can also be used as primer coat in case of applying luxury emulsions. Cool paint is another type of paint used to protect the roof of the building. This special paint acts as a layer between roof top and the sun resulting in lowering the room temperature by 5°C. It is widely used in poultry farming on metal sheds. It can be applied on GI sheets of any shade or warehouse.

Road Marking Paint

Road marking paint also known as Kerb paints, available in White, Black and Yellow shade. These paints are used to paint Kerbs and divider on highways. They are manufactured to sustain sever conditions of high temperature and rain. The developed paint gives high hardness, sheen and long color sustaining ability.

Resins

CNSL (Casew Nut shell Liquid) Resin

This is a CNSL modified resin manufactured by condensation of phenolic group using aldehyde or hexamine. This resin is highly used in manufacturing of Red oxide primer, Black enamel and Primer, Golden brown, dark grey, high temperature silver enamel, olive green, oxford blue and many different dark shade enamels, also used as Wood primer and in marine coatings.

Alkyd Resin

Manufactured by polycondesation process. These resin can be said as a large group of thermoset resins that are essentially Polyesters made by heating polyhydric alcohol with polybasic acids or their anhydride and used chiefly in making protective coatings with good weathering properties. The enamel with these resin gives an excellent coating with good film flexibility, high mechanical strength film and excellent resistant to water, acid, alkali and heat.

Alkyd Resins are used mainly as binders for the paints. Normally, constitutes of paints are pigments (10%), binder Alkyd Resin (50%), Solvent (35%) and Additives (5%). Alkyd Resin can be modified to get the desire property for the required paint grade and application. Nowadays Alkyds are well established in specialized uses and its replacement would be difficult. Besides, the rising of petrochemical prices have increased interest in polymers made partially from renewable resources. This resin is a good replacement to phenolic adhesives used in bonding plywood.

Based on current paint costing and market competition our resin can undertake up to 100% of water without affecting the paint viscosity with no water separation (with professional and approved emulsifier).
